We have a flat structure with no sales staff. Clients deal with the people doing the work.

Matt Managing Director
Matt founded Grade in 2012. Drawing on his experience in senior production roles, Grade has developed into a digital product agency that fights well above its weight.
He has experience leading production units to deliver work for Audi, Unilever, PlayStation, Nestle, Virgin Mobile and many more.
Adam Technical Director
Our technical output is managed by Adam – a highly skilled developer across a number of languages.
Alongside producing code, Adam ensures our work is scalable, stable and consistently delivered. He brings a range of experience from agency-land, start-ups and application development hotshops.
Dan Interaction Lead
Dan is responsible for anything a user sees or interacts with – UX, visual design and front-end code. He’s a rare breed who can code as well as design at the top level. Having this means we offer continuity between those two disciplines that is often lacking.
Dan has vast experience across design, development, 3D, gaming and mobile. His experience includes ANZ, Pfizer, and a raft of others.
Matt S Development Lead
Matt is our Senior Frontend/UI Developer with over 10 years experience producing standards-based websites, applications, and games.
A developer who notices, loves, and cares for user experience details that are essential for an application to feel just right: animation timing, interaction states, responsive layout, typographical flourishes, page load speed, and suitable UX patterns. Matt works in close collaboration with the wider team.
Agatha Strategy Lead
Agatha develops high end communication strategies, roadmaps and content, with a slant to the social sphere.
She has experience in social, re-contact and e-commerce strategies which help maximise our clients business’. She is easy to work with and understands that strategies need optimising and continual improvement.
