Andy has over 25 years of commercial and financial experience and has been working within digital and technology for over 10 years.

He has experience in managing teams within finance, operations, client service, project management and technical delivery and has worked within corporates and SMEs.

After spending five years as Finance Director for one of the UK’s largest independent digital marketing agencies Andy moved back to Sydney and spent two years as the General Manager for a creative and technology agency. Andy moved to Queensland and in 2019 started working with Grade as their Commercial Director.
