Aiming to enhance the online experience for AVJennings' customers, the collaboration has also improved operational efficiency for AVJennings' national marketing teams by streamlining internal processes, setting the stage for future innovations in the residential development sector.

Individual state marketing managers now have the tools to effectively manage and optimise content, thanks to the new streamlined system, utilising Storyblok’s headless CMS.

The collaboration with Grade resulted in a reimagined platform designed with two primary objectives in support of overall marketing and business goals.

1. Streamline the user experience, making it easier for customers to find the property information they need.

2. Improve the accuracy of critical business and property information through integration with AVJennings’ ERP (Enterprise resource planning system)

3. Enhance content management for the internal AVJennings team, empowering individual state marketing managers and teams across Australia to take ownership of content.

Although only recently launched, early performance indicators already reveal a reduction in ineffective interactions (or “dead clicks”) by 82%, a promising sign of the new platform’s impact on user engagement and navigation. This new efficiency extends to internal operations as well, with simplified content workflows improving the speed and agility of AVJennings’ marketing efforts.

Looking forward, AVJennings is positioned for future-forward innovation around content hubs, with planned integrations into major real estate platforms.
