Introducing Our New Offering

In the early days, we were happy being ‘doers’—designing and building great things, usually based on a clear brief from our clients. We executed well, but the direction was mostly set before we came in.

Over time, that started to shift. Clients began coming to us earlier—sometimes with just a rough idea or a spark of a thought—and we’d help shape it into something real.

As we worked more with impact-driven businesses, we found they often needed support making bigger decisions around their technical products. Interestingly, our corporate clients wanted that too—they wanted us in the room earlier, helping to shape strategy.

As the team grew and matured, it became clear that we could offer real value on the strategic side. Over the past couple of years, we’ve been leaning into that more—guiding product direction, helping teams make smarter commercial choices, and supporting long-term growth. And we've seen firsthand just how much of a difference it makes.

Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but I wish I’d listened to others and realised this so much sooner.

So I’m excited to share that we’re making it official. Today, we’re launching our new strategic service: Grade GPS.
