MyIGA

Working closely with multiple teams within Metcash, Grade planned, designed & developed this feature-packed and highly secure portal for IGA Store owners and employees.

Metcash were looking for a new way to communicate with their IGA franchisees.


Although they had an existing traditional intranet platform, it was very old and clunky and didn't allow Metcash to deliver the sort of rich content that would be both useful and engaging to store owners and staff.

Solution

Grade built a responsive front-end connected to a custom back end API, featuring authoring pathways, calendar, task & event management.

The platform integrates seamlessly with existing Metcash financial and ordering systems to provide a single-point of access for store admin users.

The Grade team developed a deep partnership with Metcash's complex stakeholder group, meaning the platform was well received across the organisation, and very much fit for purpose from day one.

A persistent alert system helps IGA stores keep up to date with news and business-critical updates.

Grade created a very user-friendly platform for us, which required a complex structure and connections to our internal systems.
